Verdict:
Maybelline New York is a drug store brand that caters to all skin type and skin tones in a reasonable price. The Fit Me range has been one of my favourite for foundation , concealer , loose powder and pressed powder. So when they launched the blush I had to try them. I got the shade Rose 30.
The Maybelline New York Fit Me Blush is a powder blush that blends easily on the cheeks. The colour payoff is not that good; but Maybelline claims that this blush is for natural look, so you get a natural look after applying this blush.
The shade I bought is Rose 30. This was the 2nd lightest of the 4 shades. But it is too light for my fair skin tone. This shade has tiny shimmer particles that are visible on the pan but after application it gives matte finish.
The coverage is medium. You can build up colour on your cheeks by applying it 2 3 times.
The blush can be applied by blush, beauty blender or by fingers easily. The blush does not fly away from the pan when you dip your brush into it.
The staying power is 2 3 hours. You will have to reapply it after sometime.
This blush is perfect for beginners as it gives a very natural look and it is under ₹ 500. If you are new to the world of makeup and do not want look like a clown; get this blush.
The shade Rose 30 will work for fair to medium skin tone. Go for darker shades for deeper skin tones or if you like dark colour blushes.
This blush is good for daily wear for offices and colleges.
The blush comes in tiny case that makes it very travel friendly and touch-up friendly.
